Autumn Equinox Spells & Rituals September 22, 2013

Wiccans will celebrate the Wheel of the Year festival of Autumn Equinox or Mabon in the Northern hemisphere on September 22, 2013.

At this time, the days and nights are again of equal length (as in the Spring Equinox) so spells and rituals to create balance and harmony are popular.

This is also the traditional time for rest after labour.  The year is winding down but we need organization and self-discipline to see us through the coming winter.
